Returned products are subject to a 30% restock charge within 14 days of purchase.
Custom size doors are normally not refundable.
Air Curtains have a 35% restock fee and must be returned in the original boxes.
New door crates for traffic door returns are subject to a $350.00 new crate fee plus shipping charges.
Products must be returned before 14 days from the original shipping date.
All refunded items will be credited back in the same form as the original payment type.
Original shipping charges and rush charges are not refundable.
